To activate your existing Alarm.com device, we need the Serial Number.
Here's how to find it:
Qolsys IQ Panel
The Serial Number for the Qolsys IQ Panel is located the Box it was packaged in and on the back of the Qolsys itself.
DSC Neo
The Serial Number for the DSC Neo is located inside the Cellular Communicator.
DSC 1616/1832/1864
The Serial Number for the DSC 1832 is located inside the Alarm.com System Enhancement Module.
Honeywell Vista Series
The Serial Number for the Honeywell Vista Series Panels is located inside the Alarm.com System Enhancement Module.
CADDX NX Series
The Serial Number for the NX Series Panel is located inside the Alarm.com Communicator.
2GIG GC2 & GC3
The Serial Number for the 2GIG GC2 and GC3 is located on the Cellular Card inside the Panel.
