To our Valued Granite Security Systems Customers:
Since opening our doors in 1997, Granite Security Systems has served our local community but has never experienced anything like the current Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Even as a small company, we are working together to monitor and follow the CDC and our local City of Austin guidelines.
The safety of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. During this flu season, our employees are taking additional precautions with disinfecting our work space, increasing hand washing and practicing other recommended hygiene safety standards. We ask that all employees who may be sick to stay home.
In return, we ask that all of our customers notify us if they have recently traveled, possibly been in contact with anyone who may have been exposed to the virus, or if they feel sick so that we can take the necessary precautions prior to scheduling any appointments.
Our business is 24/7 and keeping you and our employees protected is our top priority. Our technicians are available to you and we always have a technician on-call for after hour emergencies. There may be some alarm troubles or issues that can be resolved over the telephone or a temporary measure employed to postpone the need of a service call.
Currently, our monitoring station is maintaining the quality of their service and have not been forced to modify any non-essential signal or alarm notification procedures. They have taken the appropriate steps to implement up-front prevention and mitigation efforts as well as developing contingency plans in the event of escalation that are consistent with the CDC, WHO and UL recommendations.
We will update our website as new information emerges.
